SLT is a system level translation test separator developed and manufactured by us with high performance, high stability and high output.

The operator will place the JEDEC Tray loaded with IC into the equipment. During the equipment operation, the IC will be sucked from the Tray and placed into the test base of the equipment for testing.  The test environment is room temperature, high temperature and low temperature.  After the test is completed, place the IC on the OK or NG Tray according to the test results.  Finally, the Tray was removed manually.

ARC is a high performance, high stability and high output system turret wafer sorting and taping machine independently developed and manufactured by our company.  Manually place the wafer wafer cassette at the loading area (Elevator) of the machine, and the machine will automatically finish the wafer loading and the wafer blue film expanding.  The chip is absorbed by the flipper and connected with the suction nozzle on the large turret. Then, the chip is tested at each station. Finally, the qualified chip is put into the braided belt mechanism for material collection.

ABM-series is our independent research and development, manufacturing of high performance, high stability, high yield automatic substrate laminating machine. Manually place the material box or Magazine containing the substrate and the membrane ring into the device.  Equipment operation will automatically take out the substrate in the material box or Magazine, put it into the working area, the membrane ring is also put into the working area;  Then automatic film, film cutting operations.  After finishing the film, put the finished product into the receiving box.Save manpower, avoid human-caused errors and increase output.

ALUP is our independent research and development, manufacturing of high performance, high stability, high yield translational loading and unloading equipment. Manually place the JEDEC Tray with IC into the equipment;  Also put the BIB board into the device.  There are two modes of equipment operation: 

1. During equipment operation, the IC will be absorbed from the Tray and placed into the Socket of the BIB board through the loading and absorbing module.  After all the sockets in the BIB board are filled with IC.  Finally, BIB was removed manually. 

2. Draw the COMPLETED IC from the BIB board and place it into the OK or NG Tray according to the test results.  Finally, remove the BIB or Tray manually.

ARC is a high performance, high stability, automatic plate changer independently developed and manufactured by our company.Manually place the empty Reel into the storage area of the device.  The input rail of the equipment is connected to the output rail of the braiding machine.  The equipment automatically inserts the tape into the Reel and reels the tape.  After the specified amount is completed, cut the belt and paste the masking tape;  Finally, the finished Reel Reel falls into the finished product collection area of the equipment.

Automatic reel inside packing is our independent research and development, manufacturing, high performance, high stability, high yield automatic Reel inner charter.Automatically remove Reel from material box supplied by crown-block system;  Automatic wound sawtooth protection belt, put in desiccant and humidity indicator card;  Attach the printed label to the aluminum foil bag simultaneously.  Place Reel Reel in aluminum foil bag and vacuum.  After vacuuming, put it into the revolving box.
